Breast Enlargement and Reduction
with Self Hypnosis

Self-hypnosis can be an alternative method of breast augmentation, preferable to surgical methods and certainly a lot easier, safer and less expensive.

As a practicing professional I encountered many women who were dissatisfied with their breasts. Some thought their breasts were too big and wanted them reduced, but most were women with small or even no breasts to speak of at all.

Sometimes the changes resulting from breast surgery were dramatic. But whether the results were dramatic or not, the women were almost universally thrilled with the results. (Perhaps committment theory played a role here, but I don't know that.)

Whether or not to seek breast augmentation or reduction is ultimately, of course, a personal decision. The question naturally arises: Is there a way to do it — aside from padding or cinching — without surgery? The answer is a qualified "yes."

You Can Do It with Self-Hypnosis.

Hypnosis and self-hypnosis are non-surgical approaches that have worked for many women. Breast enlargement is the more often reported application of breast change in the professional literature. (I know of no research testing breast reduction with hypnosis, but that does not mean it is not possible.)

Not everyone who has tried it has been successful. The best way to find out if it will work is to try it, since — unlike surgery — nothing bad happens if the procedure fails to produce significant results.

The self-hypnosis procedure for breast enhancement begins with the hypnotic induction. It is necessary to know how to induce a hypnotic state in yourself using a standard induction procedure (click here for that).

During the hypnotic induction, apply breast enhancement suggestions. They don't have to be tricky or particularly sophisticated, but do formulate them according to good suggestion formulation principles )click here for those).

By the way, use your own suggestions. Suggestions that happen to work for someone else won't necessarily work for you.

When you have your suggestions tailored for yourself and are ready to begin, set up a record-keeping procedure. Begin with an accurate breast measurement. It is best to make the measurements yourself for consistency and for psychological reasons.

Always make your measurements at about the same time of day, and preferably on the same day of the week. Follow standard breast measurement procedures and keep a written record of your measurements.

I recommend the following measurement procedure.

Basic Measurement To get your overall breast measure, while nude from the waist up wrap a cloth or plastic tape measure around your body at nipple level. Stand in front of a mirror if you are making the measurement yourself to be sure that the tape is level. Do not pull it so tight as to depress your breasts. Pull the tape just tight enough to remove slack in the tape. Take three separate measurements, record them each time, then average them. (In case you've forgotten how to average something, add the three measurements and divide the resulting number by three. For example: 31+30+32=93. Divide 93 by 3 and you get 31.) Keep a record of your measurement and the date you made it.

Now, you are going to know whether or not you have been successful, if you wait long enough. But progress can occur gradually without your awareness. That's why record keeping is important. If you really want to “go the whole route,” as they say, you can add the triangle method (below) to your record keeping procedure.

“B” is the distance between the center of your right nipple and the center of your navel. “C” is the right nipple/navel distance.

Photographs are an excellent way to identify changes in your body, especially in this age of inexpensive digital cameras. A camera with a self-timer and a tripod – or even just propping the camera up on a table – will allow you to take a number of pictures of yourself from the front and side. Do this periodically for a record of your progress.

Experience has shown that, while there are exceptions to this, it takes at least 21 days to really begin to see results from your suggestions, and 30 to 45 days to know if you need to The Biocentrix store keeps site free. If, for instance, you have been practicing self-hypnosis and your breast-enhancement suggestions daily for 45 days and you see no change, modify your suggestions.

One help in knowing how to modify your suggestions can be autoquestioning. You may have subconscious resistance to changing your breast size. Ideomotor questioning can help you discover such resistance, and it can also provide a way to test for the effectiveness of changes in your suggestions. There is admittedly some work involved in approaching breast enhancement like this. But if it works for you it is by far the easiest way to do it. It will result in natural feeling and appearing breasts with which nothing can go wrong (unlike surgical approaches). Even if you invest 45 days in this approach and it does not work, you will not have done it in vain. No one has ever complained about "wasting time" because this process tells you useful things about yourself you probably cannot learn in any other way. At least, not without spending thousands of dollars and months or years in psychotherapy. (I won't go into detail about this because you will find out – pleasantly – what I'm talking about.
