REFUND POLICY

* CDs and audiotapes: Must be returned unopened.
* Books: Must be returned unused and unmarked.

Items that are obviously defective will be replaced at our expense.

We'll refund your purchase if you:
   — Return new books, unopened CDs, and audio cassettes in their original condition.
   — Return within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing invoice.
   — Include your packing invoice and Return Merchandise Authorization number (see below).

To request a Return Authorization Number:

• An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns
• Call 1-607-351-2473 or email sales3@biocentrix.com to get an RMA number.
• Include the ORIGINAL INVOICE with RMA number written on it.
• Place the RMA number in an obvious and legible place on the OUTSIDE of the return package. This is very important because Biocentrix employees will not accept unauthorized returns.

• Returns to Biocentrix will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Items returned without the INVOICE will be issued a credit toward future purchases.
• Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
• We recommend that you insure your package and ship it via a trackable carrier method. Biocentrix cannot replace or provide credit for any item lost during return shipping.
• If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate, coupon or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

Biocentrix reserves the right to change these policies without notice and to make modifications for customers deemed abusive.
