Privacy Policy

At Biocentrix we have an exceptionally simple privacy policy:

• Customers' information is theirs, not ours, so we do not sell it, give it away, or make it available to other organizations not directly involved in the fulfillment of orders or the processing of payment information.
• The only time we utilize customers' private information is when we are invited by the customer to do so. That includes fulfilling orders. We never initiate emailings or other contacts simply for the purpose of selling goods.
• That's it. Period.

Security measures are somewhat more complex due to legal requirements and the need to protect customers' payment information.

• Credit card or other bank information is retained by us by law. It is of course not shared with anyone or any institution not directly involved in the transaction: credit care issuer, bank, our bank, and credit card processing service.
• Credit card and bank information is kept on a secure computer to which only two people have access. We trust our employees but we don't want you to have to so high security is maintained at all times.
• Paper records are generally not made or kept. If they are, the documents are shredded before leaving our jurisdiction.
• The computer on which information is maintained is not on any network nor is it accessible from the Internet.
